Rotting Dancers

Out of work film director Michelangelo (Matias Masucci) is hired to shoot a documentary by an extravagant group of performance artists who call themselves “the silhouette dancers”.

Unable to create anything of meaning Michelangelo decides to enlist the help of long time friend and  actor Ugo (Ugo Bianchi), to pass himself off as a famous Italian cinematographer and con his employer into paying twice as much for his services. A disaster in the making, Ugo and Michelangelo soon discover these flamboyant hippies are not as easily manipulated as they anticipated.

Directed by Matias Masucci this short film was realized with the help of The Midnight Studio Rats and Jason Baguio.
